Делал заказ самовывоз, отдельно просил внимательно положить васаби и имбирь как специально не положили. Заказ вернул деньги забрал.Номер заказа 296927. Это не первый раз. Настоятельно не рекомендую это заведение!!! ОТСТОЙ!!!

Хорошее заведение, быстрая доставка, в течении часа доставляют, было такое что и за 30 мин привезли(один раз ждали в праздник почти полтора часа, но девушка предупреждала по тел) , никогда не подводили, суши свежие и очень вкусные. Цена=качество. Радуют подарки через приложения и бонусы.

Заказываем постоянно,не тануки конечно,но роллы вкусные,ну нам нравяться!Сегодня сделала заказ самовывозом,обычно приезжаю забираю,в комментарии попросила поменять подарок у них там цезарь ролл мы его не едим и постоянно выкидывать,попросила заменить на ролл в 2 раза дешевле за 129 рублей,на что при звонке оператора получила отказ))) очень приятно особенно когда ты постоянный клиент(((!С момента заказа прошло 35 минут,звонит мне опять эта мадам и говорит вы заказ оформили прошло полтора часа,🤣👏 я говорю какие полтора часа,прошло полчаса , в пути мне еще минут 15-20,повесила трубку!Обслуживание шикарное,лучше бы у вас курьеры вовремя приезжали,а то проехать 10 домов по прямой на одной улице ожидание 1.5 часа!

Вкусно готовят, но пора их навестить Роспотребнадзору! Курьеры ходят в грязных одеждах рядом с приготовленной едой, не снимая курток и не одевая бахил. В период пандемии ни один из курьеров не носит масок и перчаток! Курят в машинах, на которых развозят доставку! Данная ситуация не случайность, это ежедневная практика в их работе. Поэтому перестала к них заказывать или смотрим как готовят и сразу же забираем
