Заказывали доставку на 19:00,в назначенное время ни кто не приехал и не позвонил что доставка задержится. В течении часа звонили, оператор только и повторяла "подождите ещё 15-20 минут". Заказ привезли в 20:15, горячие роллы стали ледяными, так же не положили приборы. Ни каких извинений со стороны оператора и курьера не последовало. Были постоянными клиентами, теперь желания заказывать у вас больше нет.

12.11. заказали Суши, сказали доставку сделать за два часа. Проходит три часа, звоним в горячую линию нам обещают подождать 15-20 минут. Звоним опять, нам опять такие же обещания. И так раза три-четыре. Ждали 3 часа 15 минут. Заказ привезли. За компенсацию начислили 400 баллов.

Отвратительное обслуживание!Вытяжка не работает,стоишь 5 мрн. и пропахиваешься с ног до головы их кухней!!
