Скажем так -есть и лучше роллы в городе, для меня слишком много везде творожного сыра, нет явного вкуса ролла, всё на один вкус. Но когда заказывали, готовили вовремя, внешний вид хороший, и огромный им плюс это за упаковку соусов, имбиря.

Ну начнём) началось с того, что доставку нужно было ожидать в течении 2,5 часов, а самовывоз был через полтора. Естественно выбрали самовывоз. К назначенному времени позвонила администратор и сказала, что ещё придется подождать минут 20, ой как же она ошибалась 🫣 в итоге пришлось подождать ещё ЧАС!! ЧАС!!! ЧТО ЗА УБОГИЙ СЕРВИС СТАЛ. Ладно, после того как "заказ был готов" естественно уведомлений никаких не было, звонков тоже, кстати администратор больше не отвечала на телефоны ☺️ в итоге прождали у заведения целый час и какими же красками я описывал это "заведение" 💪

Часто заказываем у вас роллы, сегодня хотели сделать заказ на самовывоз на филиале Жигура. В приложении невозможно было оформить заказ на этот пункт, пришлось звонить. По телефону так же сказали, что этот филиал работает только на доставку, т.е забрать заказ самостоятельно нельзя. По какой причине? Так всегда будет??
