Сняли деньги и не доложили ролл, а после по моему мнению по свински отнеслись к ситуации и предложили на следующий день довезти этот несчасный ролл, когда он мне уже никуда не уперся, попросила деньги за него назад, конечно перекинули, но испорченный вечер и настроение никто уже не вернет. В других доставках, которым не все ровно на репутацию и на своих гостей, возвращают полностью заказ, чтоб как то исправить неприятную ситуацию и не потерять постоянных клиентов. Вообщем если не хотите испортить себе вечер, не обращайтесь в эту доставку. Дополнение: заказ приехал в 22:00 мы сразу позвонили, но уже никто не работал, по этому позвонили с утра

Здравствуйте. Ещё раз приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства. Вы нам позвонили на следующий день, если Вы позвонили в тот же день конечно же мы его довезли бы с комплиментом )
