Заказал суши в 12:40 через Delivery Club, в итоге написали, что заказ будет доставлен в 13:40-13:50. В итоге сейчас уже 14:32, заказ еще не доставлен((( Сейчас курьер позвонил и сказал, что приедет через 15 минут. Сам живу в марьино, но с подобным плохим сервисом сталкиваюсь впервые. Как можно делать 1 заказ 2 часа?

Сделали заказ в 21.00, обещали доставить заказ до 21-45, в 22-30 никого нет. Звоню сама, где курьер? Ой, простите, мы перепутали ваши заказы, курьер уехал по другому адрему, потом оказалось какого-то ингредиента нет, нужно заменить что -то и ждать еще час! В итоге заказ отменили, вечер испорчен. Спасибо!

Ужасно долго доставляют заказы! Жду уже почти 2 часа!!!!! Находятся рядом, на районе, как так? Можно хотя бы позвонить и предупредить??? В прошлый раз смешали 2 вока (рис+морепродукты и рис+креветки) 🤦🏻‍♀️

Это просто днище. Принесли с опозданием чужой заказ и нашу пиццу. Пицца на вкус как будто там есть сыр с плесенью, но его там нет. Пожалуйста перестаньте ее готовить и травить людей. Через 3 минуты нам позвонил менеджер и сказал что к нам придет курьер. Курьер пришел, но это был уже другой, он просто забрал заказ, сказал что наш уже на подходе и все принесет. Прождав 40 минут, оформили возврат.

Доставку привезли на час позже обозначенного времени, хотя ресторан находится через двор. Телефоны, указанные на сайте, не отвечали. Пицца за баллы в приложении была со съехавшей начинкой и ужасно невкусная. Все пиццы холодные. Если вы не умеете работать, не позорьтесь в популярном приложении. Пожалела, что оплатила заранее заказ в приложении — иначе отказалась бы, увидев эту гадость.
