По рекомендации работодателя я воспользовался зарплатным предложением этого ужасного банка. Забагованное мобильное приложение, которое пытается соответствовать духу времени и давать доступ по отпечатку пальца или faceID, однако не может просто сохранить логин пользователя, чтобы вводить нужно было лишь пароль. Форма отправки сообщений об ошибках в клиенте, которая может прикрепить к сообщению логи, но не может поставить в поле "адресат" адрес техсаппорта банка. Крайне бедный список услуг для оплаты. Корявая процедура получения пароля для онлайн-кабинета, включающая в себя либо звонок в техподдержку, из-за экономии на которой "ваша позиция в очереди" за четверть часа ожидания может подвинуться с "восемь" на "два", возможно, потому что предыдущие абоненты отказались столько ждать ответа, или визит к банкомату, которых в Тюмени аж целых три штуки на весь город, либо поездку в офис, находящийся в центропупии тюменских пробок. Лично для меня данный банк не имеет каких-либо особенных продуктов, выгоды от использования которых перекрывали бы его кошмарный "юзабилити". Ставлю 2 из 5 только за то, что деньги пока не украли, списав "за обслуживание" или ещё что-нибудь подобное.
