Суббота. Все рабочие люди приехали в головной офис решить свои дела с банком в единственный выходной. Банк мертвый. Ни администрации, ни работника на информационной стойке, ни охраны. Два несчастных оператора вместо четырёх. Обслуживание долгое, не менее 30 минут на каждого клиента. Очередь человек 20!

И так... прошло 4 года после моего комментария. Ничего не меняется! В мире современных технологий реквизиты платежа надо переписать кассиру на листочек! Что за маразм? Почему реквизиты государственных госпошлин не внесены в базу банка?

Была предоставлена противоречивая информация. Когда же я сослалась на разговор, который записывается, и в котором я чётко задавала вопрос по поводу аккредитива. Только тогда с меня не стали брать денежные средства за использование аккредитива, на котором были размещенные собственные денежные средства. То есть получается, если бы я не сослалась на разговор с меня сняли денежные средства в размере 7000 рублей -это несерьёзно для банка, и напоминает девяностые годы, как рэкет какой-то.

Дно. Нужно было снять деньги в пятницу, предложили вторник после обеда. Деляги ,так же заёмщикам такие вольности позволяли.
