В этом магазине обманывают покупателей. На витрине выставлен товар со скидкой, рядом расположен такой же но отличается словом в названии. Подходишь оплачивать — мало того что без скидки (не внимательно смотрел..бывает) так ещё и цена в чеке на 20%выше чем была указана на прилавке!!!. Хорошо когда один товар берёшь- сразу видно, а если у тебя полная тележка??? Ладно, через call-центр нашёл менеджера, сотрудник пришёл- буркнул что то неразборчивое и просто сунул в руку наличными разницу в цене за этот товар!!!! Это вообще что такое???! Теперь есть жалоба в соответсвующие инстанции!!! Проверку срочно! – показать

В этом магазине ассортимент хуже чем в аналогичных по сети — часто вялые салаты, неинтересный текстиль и посуда. Бывало что молоко представлено одним или двумя производителями. Бесконечные перестановки товаров. Раздражает когда на привычном месте обнаруживает совсем другое и начинаешь насчитывать бесполезные круги по магазину(наверное в этом и есть тактика менеджеров). Теперь за наш покупательский счет появилась еще манагерская должность — менеджер в отеделе информация. Совершенно не понятно для чего ее туда посадили или она не совсем это понимает но на просьбу посмотреть есть ли в наличии товар, я была послана этим ответственным лицом к полкам внимательно поискать то что мне надо.В отделе сыры бедная продавщица вынуждена работать на три прилавка. Естественно приходится ждать.Администрация сети вместо того чтобы плодить менеджеров занималась бы насущными делами — улучшением ассортимента итд – показать
