магазин Семья, Куйбышева 147, сегодня, в пн в 19-работают 2 кассы, очереди в каждую по 7-8 человек, люди с огромными корзинами-какя дистанция, какой вирус, ии так в этом магазине постоянно очереди! никакой информации о горячей линии-куда жаловаться. Откройте еще 2 кассы, наймите сотрудников-о каком сервисе вообще может идти речь?

Уважаемая, Мария Катаева. Приносим свои извинения за предоставленные неудобства. К сожалению поток покупателей не равномерный, на кассах то появляется очередь, то совсем нет покупателей. В указанное время, обычно работает 3 кассира. Спасибо Вам за обращение , такие замечания помогают нам стать лучше. Всегда рады видеть Вас в числе наших покупателей.

Ужасное обслуживание, я простояла у прилавка чтобы взвешать мясо минут 5, сотрудница торгового зала просто из далека смотрела на меня и не подошла ....
