Добрый день! Второго марта 2018 г. примерно в 19:30 по московскому времени. По адресу Россия, Москва, Зеленодольская улица, 44 А, работало 8 касс, в которых стояло примерно по 10-ть человек. Номер администратора в магазине на кассах не указан, решил подойти к крайней стойке слева, за которой сидела женщина, она расположена справа от входа в торговые ряды Ленты. Попросил позвать администратора, она набрала номер, доложила, что работает 8 касс, потом повернулась и сказала, что администратор занят и не может подойти. Убедительная просьба, если вечером в пятницу ажиотаж покупателей или другой вечер,то должны работать все кассы. В будние дни меньше народу приходит. + Сделайте экспресс кассу, у кого мало покупок. Есть клиенты с полными тележками, а у других на руках до 5-ти покупок, стоят все в одной очереди и тратят своё личное время, после работы(не которые бросают товар и уходят в соседние магазины на квартале). Администратору сделайте выговор, на каком основании испугались выйти к покупателям и решить проблему, в таких случаях в других магазинах, после звонка по поводу очередей больше 5-ти человек, делают допуск на кассах всем сотрудникам и сразу начинается беготня. Проблема легко решается, главное, чтобы было желание! P.S.Личная просьба, начните пожалуйста завозить пиво Тамбовское или Краснодарское в сети супермаркетов Ленты. – показать
