Сегодня был неприятный инцидент во время оплаты товара. Молодая девушка за кассой (азиатской наружности). Я должна была добавить 19 рублей на оплату,10 рублей положила, кассир моментально их смела в кассу и я отсчитывала из кошелька еще 9 рублей. Когда их набрала,то кассир попросила еще 10 р. На мое возражение,что я ей уже заплатила их она нагло врала,что их не видела и не брала,«поройтесь в своем кошельке», я ей показываю,что их там нет,есть другие монеты и их небольшое количество, на что она покраснела,но стояла на своем,что не брала.По идее надо было заставить ее снять кассу,чтобы уличить во лжи. Очень неприятная история. Администрация должна строже и ответственней подходить к подбору персонала. – показать

Негативное отношение вызвал один очень неприятный инцидент… 10.01.2016 г. Оплачивая свои покупки у кассира Джаиловой Салтанат не ожидала что эта приветливая девушка, знающая вроде бы свою работу, или из-за корыстных целей или из-за своей халатности, пробила нам вместо 1 упаковки молока, 2 упаковки. К сожалению, сразу чек проверить не удалось, т.к очень большое кол-во покупателей, узнали о том что почти 500 руб. переплатили магазину…Тем самым оставив негативное отношение к данному магазину в целом и напрасно лишив нас неоправданных денежных средств. Сама же кассир уточняла, что в упаковке молока -12 шт.молока, а пробила тем самым нам аж 24 шт.Хотелось бы чтобы данный сотрудник был как-то наказан, чтобы впредь было неповадно обманывать покупателей! – показать
