Обратились в фирму Супер Потолок в Краснодаре. Отдел продаж работает на отлично! Обещают, что всё будет красиво, быстро, " будете снова у нас заказывать", но на этом фантик заканчивается и начинается разочарование и нервотрепка. Монтаж был назначен на 14-00. Позвонила в 16-00, и началась привычная песня о том, что много заказов... приедут в 18-00. Но, конечно никто не приехал ни в 18-00 , ни в 19-00. В 20-00 приступили и до 24-00. Уставшие, в темноте... Качество соответствующее. Приклеенный к стене плинтус в санузле отвалился и весь клей оказался на новой мебели, зеркале. Утром омыть было уже невозможно, только скребком. Испортили настроение и сколы на светильнике , и щели между потолком и плинтусом. При всем прочем, ни на следующий день, ни через день исправлять свои "недочеты" не явились. Начальник установщиков тот ещё хам. На оправданные претензии обвинил меня в том, что я встала не с той ноги!!! Вот так и сидим. Люди, не заказывайте в этой фирме потолок - наживете головную боль. Либо по предоплате ( а они работают только так!) - минимум. Может хоть это ускорит. Но я к ним больше - НИ НОГОЙ!

Если у вас жёсткий тайминг по ремонту, то не рекомендую обращаться в данную компанию, из 4 обращений, во время выполнили только один.

Сергей, нам жаль, что мы не оправдали ваших ожиданий. Будет проведена работа над ошибками для исключения повторения подобных ситуаций. Мы все же будем рады видеть вас среди наших постоянных клиентов

Отвратительная компания, начиная от переносов сроков монтажа до гарантийного обслуживания. Установили потолки, половина светильников перестала гореть через месяц из-за кривого монтажа проводки. 2 недели звонков и напоминаний о том, что они должны переделать проводку ни к чему не приводят
