14го числа вечером обслуживалась в вашем магазине . Подошла на КСО народу было человека три вместе со мной, у меня не пробивалась по штрих коду зелёная сумка ,я попросила сотрудницу помочь мне ,не русская женщина была, на что она мне ответила сами пробивайте, штрих код я не могла разглядеть ТК зрение плохое только эту сумку я не могла пробить. Она меня отправила на кассу где было прилично народу , пришлось идти на кассу . Тем временем народу уже не было на КСО и она просто там стояла крутилась....

Номера операции 49910, место расчетов касса №6. Не умеете работать с очередями, да и продавцы не в курсе про сервис. Стояли с 19:54 до 20:02 16.03.2020 в очереди на кассу. И в другие четыре кассы такие же очереди. Анна Анатольевна Д. закатывает глаза, когда покупатели просят ее помочь открыть пакет. Средство отбеливающее положить в прозрачный маленький пакет Анну Анатольевну тоже никто не учил. Постараемся к вам больше не приходить.

Довольно большой и ухоженный супермаркет, очень часто захожу в него перед учебой за свежей выпечкой, еще могу посоветовать сыры, они у них довольно вкусные и всегда свежие, больше всего радует скидочная карта «лента», по итогу покупки, она делает очень приятную скидку.

Отвратительное мясо (свинина). Запекалась не покупать, но все равно ведусь на скидки. Мясо очень сильно накачено водой. Мне 61 год, но такое количество воды, при обжарке мяса я никогда не видела: мясо просто плавает в воде. Отвратительный магазин. Руководители, примите меры. Насколько хорош магазин на ул. Красные зори, настолько плох магазин на Ивана Франко. Примите меры.
