Добрый день всем. Мой ребёнок решил заняться спортом, ближайший к дому зал Суперкласс в ТЦ Дом, купил подписку за 2000₽ + абонент за 999₽ на месяц + 49₽ за карту. Успел позаниматься месяц. Так как по учебе завал, пропустил несколько дней и пришел не 1го числа, а 4го с деньгами за будущий месяц. От администратора слышит, что его подписка сгорела т.к. нужно оплачивать до 1го числа каждого месяца. При оформлении подписки (сам присутствовал) озвучивали, что подписка бессрочная. Про даты платежа не говорили, кассовых чеков не дают, экземпляр клиента договора с залом не дают!!! Ничего вы не докажете!!! По телефону мне сказали, что такое часто бывает и директор ОТКАЗЫВАЕТ в восстановлении подписки. В общем ребенок расстроен. Будем искать НОРМАЛЬНЫЙ фитнес зал ...

Бодрого дня! Здорово что Вы выбрали наш Клуб для занятий спортом! Алексей, Вы приобрели Годовое Клубное Членство, оформив беспроцентную рассрочку, что является огромным преимуществом и позволяет не оплачивать Карту единовременным платежом. Рассрочка подразумевает жесткие условия оплаты абонемента в указанные сроки. Очень жаль, что Вы были невнимательны при оформлении! Мы идём навстречу своим Клиентам, запуская рассрочку платежа, этим сервисом пользуются множество Клиентов, но находятся единицы, которые из-за своей невнимательности винят невиновных.

Несколько лет занимаюсь в этом клубе, мне здесь комфортно, есть всё необходимое для занятий, хорошие тренера- инструкторы, к тому же мне очень близко от дома. Рекомендую!!!
