Очень довольны работой агента Елены! Всегда на связи, готовая помочь ответить на самые изысканные вопросы, готовая посоветовать и помочь. Несмотря на то, что нам поменяли отель на другой накануне отъезда, и даже на более высокой категории, мы ничуть не жалеем, отдохнули очень хорошо! Отель называется Club Sapfir в Текирова, очень хороший, первая линия, устроено все удобно и очень зелено! Также хочется отметить работу гидов от Tui, работающих при отеле Club Sapfir в период с 26.09 по 03.10(нашего пребывания), так же всегда на месте, внимательные и готовые помочь в любом вопросе. Очень бы хотелось, чтобы такие сотрудники, работающие с полной отдачей, не остались незамечены, а отмечены их руководителями. Большое спасибо за отличный отдых!

Не могу подсказать конкретно по консультации по поводу выбора тура/отеля/страны и прочего, потому как пришел в офис уже с намеченным маршрутом зато хочется отметить, что с точки зрения объяснения и помощи по деталям - консультация на хорошем уровне так получилось, что не особенно задалась связь с нашим первым турагентом (возможно связанная с моими недостатками), но времени почувствовать горечь и разочарование не осталось, ибо его моментально заменила его коллега Маргарита создалось впечатление, что Маргарита сидит на работе 24/7, вечно готовая отвечать на вопросы обеспокоенных людей благодаря таким людям ожидание отдыха и само приключение становится в разы лучше, так как профессионал не дает возможности в чем-то сомневаться или переживать большое спасибо!
