Забронировали у них тур за 2 месяца до вылета, заплатили более 200 тыс. руб. В итоге за несколько дней до вылета менеджер Ирина Клюнина решила вспомнить о нас и оформить электронное разрешение на въезд в Мексику, а по таким разрешениям бывают отказы, что и произошло. Оформление визы через консульство — 10 дней, естественно не успели. В итоге ни денег, ни тура. На досудебную жалобу ответили отказом. Вот такое «хорошее» турагенство Репаблика Травел! Сотрудники некомпетентны, ответственности никакой и ни за что!

Юлия, я юрист в турагентстве. 2 вопроса: почему досудебную претензию вы подавали в агентство? Деньги ваши ушли к туроператору и далее-в отель и авиакомпанию. Второй вопрос: разве вы не знаете, что агентство не несет ответственность за визу? Помощь в оформлении-да. Но результат-это уже ваше дело! В любом договоре это написано! Вам же консульство отказало

Суд решил несколько иначе, теперь ждем возврат средств по исполнительному листуИ еще, дорогой юрист компании, пишите то, что знаете. Во-первых, нам консульство не отказало, а не успели сделать визу из-за того, что Ваш сотрудник за 2 дня решил подать заявление на онлайн разрешение, а не заранее, как положено. А во-вторых, Пегас Туристик такую компанию Репаблика Травел вообще не знает.Зато я Вашу «фирму» буду вспоминать теперь каждый год…

Юлия! А почему вы решили что я юрист в этом агентстве? Я этого не говорила! Вообще-в Москве много агентств! Просто тема знакомая-вот и написала!

По Договору № 01.09.АС9 менеджер Ирина Клюнина решила подать заявку на электронное разрешение на въезд в Мексику вечером 8 ноября, при вылете 14 ноября. В электронном разрешении был отказ, через посольство виза оформляется 10 дней. Остались мы и без денег (более 200 тыс.) и без тура. На досудебную жалобу ответили отказом. Выводы о компетентности менеджера и компании Репаблика Травел в целом делайте сами.
