Добрый вечер! Хочу предостеречь будущих туристов и не тратить свои нервы и деньги на сотрудничество с данным агенством, а именно с менеджером Юлей. Приобретали путевки в Тайланд в январе 2020 года с вылетом на март и сам процесс оформления и общения с данным менеджером оставил только отрицательные впечатления.

Договор №1 от 14 января 2019 года с ИП Яровая Ю.В. Мы брали у Вас тур несколькими семьями. Поднимите свои документы. Ещё нагло врёте и прикидываетесь. Так что делайте выводы будущие клиенты о данном агенстве.

Добрый день! С нашей семьей Юля работает с 2011 года и в год летаем ни один раз и никогда не было вопросов к Юле по поводу нашего отдыха или оформления документов. Юля 100 раз напомнит, когда что отплатить, что взять и на что обратить внимание при посещении определённой страны, подберёт вариант цена -качество. По поводу отзыва девушки про Тайланд, мне интересно, а откуда туроператор может знать, когда государство определённой страны примет меры по закрытию работы заведений или она туроператор уровня Бог и знает всё, лучше, чем наш Президент))) Ну а то, что у Вас одна семья осталась без путёвки... интересно. 3 семьи с путевками, а одна без. Может всё таки проблема не в Юле, а в Вас? И при чём здесь хлеб??? Мало ли, что она ещё умеет делать хорошо)))
