Интернет полная фигня! Подключила потому что у нас в районе (Новостройка) больше не чего не подключают! Всё время перебои, все виснет!!!! А как сотрудники разговаривают это вообще отдельный разговор, каждый раз муж просит старшего менеджера, они сразу шёлковые становятся, но не надолго, при следующем звонке все тоже самое, старшего менеджера не дают!!! Ужастная компания!!!!! Сама работала много лет в колл-центр, чтобы мы себе такое позволяли никогда такого не было!!

Здравствуйте! Вы уверены, что не перепутали провайдера оставляя свой отзыв? У нас замечательные сотрудники технической поддержки, вежливые и приветливые девушки. Все разговоры у нас записываются, приглашаем послушать. Да и старших менеджеров у нас никогда не было. А вот интернет был и будет стабильным и скоростным! Переходите к нам! При переходе от другого провайдера любой новый клиент получает подарок – месяц бесплатного интернета. Отличного Вам весеннего настроения!
