Народу много очень, продавцы неприветливы и не готовы помочь найти то что нужно и к тому же грубые.

Минусов нет. Все продавцы вежливы, внимательны и компитентны. Всегда одно удовольствие приходить в этот магазин.

Брала для дочки золотые сережки из детской коллекции, у нее аллергия на некоторые сплавы, но серьги вроде подошли – ушки не покраснели и не чесались. Мало где такой выбор детских украшений, а в санлайте еще и цены хорошие. Сережки смотрятся аккуратно, продавец внимательно отнеслась ко мне, помогла выбрать и красиво оформила в подарочную упаковку.

Самая худший ювелирный магазин в Москве, в ужасной толкучке ждали 40 минут когда кто-то явится на помощь, хотели купить обручальные кольца, по итогу кое-как выбрали, не прошло и месяца кольца все мятые и в жутких царапинах, что говорит об ужасном качестве изделия, хотя цены на эти изделия не дешевые, к тому же проблемы с размером, сказали что 17 й но он окзаался 17,5, когда пришли с жалобами вышла директор со взглядом как на дураков сообщила что вы когда брали царапины были? Нет? Вот и все вы их носили и ободрали, я конечно в шоке от такого обращения, причём испоганили весь настрой молодоженам, кто может тоже планирует брать там кольца на свадьбу ни в коем случае не покупайте, менять не хотят и даже никаких решений не предложат. Не берите ничего в этом магазине – показать

Купила серьги дочке, на изделии через пару месяцев ношения появился дефект, отнесли в магазин на экспертизу, по итогу брак не обнаружен,хотя некачественное изделие 100%…. Большой вопрос к магазину. Продаете некачественный товар, а потом не возмещаете моральный ущерб. Просьба разобраться в данной ситуации
