Люблю ваш магазин, радует ассортимент и цены! К сожалению, потеряла одну сережку и приехала купить новые именно в Европолис. Большой филиал и я не могла сориентироваться на какой витрине представлено именно то,что мне нужно. Консультанты все были заняты, несмотря на почти пустой зал. Когда я наконец поймала девушку, она подсказала где посмотреть и ушла. Я выбрала серьги и попросила рядом стоящего консультанта мне их показать, но она начала обслуживать женщину, подошедшую после меня. Я ждала. Когда я попросила в следующий раз, консультант надменно произнесла «я работаю» и ушла. Затем попросила коллегу подойти ко мне, но та этого не сделала. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким хамским отношением и игнорированием продавцов. Больше туда не вернусь. Поехала в другой ваш филиал (Эго молл) с совершенно испорченным настроением! К сожалению, именно тех серёжек, которые я приглядела и собиралась купить, там не было. Зато консультант была очень вежлива и даже извинилась за своих коллег с другого филиала, предложила заказать товар через приложение.
