Знакомство с магазином был приятным! Большая коллекция, скидки на предыдущие коллекции. Но при дальнейшем взаимодействии замечаются нюансы, на которые не будешь закрывать глаза. Были куплены очки Гучи, девушка продавец горячим воздухом так подвернула одну дужку, что при ношении сильно давило на виски. Когда пришла к ним с этой проблемой, говорят «поставить на место дужку до заводской , стоит 800 руб». И это называется клиентоориентированность и уважение к своему покупателю. Отдала за 800 руб, но дужку , так как было , так и не сделали. То ли мастер не знает как, то ли уже после горя-продавца сделать невозможно. Больше в этом месте покупать не буду.

Совершенно невероятная история, описанная в отзыве, не имеет ничего общего с нашим салоном. Наш салон в Атриуме закрыт с 1 апреля, второй салон открыт после написания отзыва. Благодарим недобросовестных конкурентов за написание подобных сказок и Яндекс, который допускает публикацию фейковой информации.

Выбрала здесь себе солнцезащитные очки. Большой ассортимент) Спасибо менеджеру за оказанную помощь в выборе. Оформили мой заказ быстро. С доставкой проблем не возникло. Очки мне идеально подошли)
