В доме 1,подъезд 6 по ул Михаила КУТУЗОВА,, начиная с 8 этажа не топится один стояк по причине -владелец кв.402 без разрешения,по наглому установил в стойке шаровые краны и перекрывает ими подачу тепла на верхние этажи.Наши обращения в УК" Гусарская баллада" до сих пор результата не имеют-не могут найти рычаги на хозяина кв.402.Плохо работает УКВ. .

В период карантина обратился по телефону и попросил предоставить мне справки об отсутствии задолженностей и зарегистрированных лиц, попросил выслать на почту. Мне сказали что это у них только через личный кабинет нужно запросить, я спросил почему они не могут записать мою почту, напечатать гребенную справку и прислать мне ее на почту, а мне ответили у нас порядок такой. Какой блин такой порядок, я говорю что прихожу в вообще окно лично (когда нет карантина) и говорю дайте справку и мне ее выдают через две минуты, а вот на почту отправить у них порядок видите ли такой..... Говорю мне срочно нужно, да плевать..... В общем бред, неадекватность, не пластичность и не компетентность Сотрудников УК «Сумма технологий». Подаю заявку о справках через личный кабинет, прошло 3 часа, тишина.... Звоню говорю дайте справку, а сотрудница ухмыляясь говорит да не положено, у нас вот только так и никак.... Итог, когда ходил лично в УК и улыбался, делали все быстро. Как только перешли на онлайн, тут же и обделались....
