Звоню уже неделю по телефонам указанным на портале единого информационного пространства мировых судей с целью узнать, как получить текст или копию приказа о наложении ареста на собственность! Не говоря уж о том что это должно быть опубликовано на этом портале! Трубку никто не берет, портал с дизайном и функционалом 90х годов не выполняет своих функций! Тупая, прогнившая контора!

Добрый вечер.Пришла по адресу Пришвина 10 к мировым судьям по поводу развода.Встретил меня охранник, спросил по какому поводу я пришла Услышав про развод указал на стенд сказал написать заявление,оплатить госпошлину и тогда он проведет меня к судье.Я сделала все как "велел"охранник и наконец он меня проводил в кабинет ,где сидели две женщины.Оказалось ,что я зря оплатила квитанцию о разводе, так как мой муж зарегисирирован в другом городе.Получается всем правит охрана??? А разве не должны мировые судьи сначало выслушать,а пртом давать "указания"что делать и что оплачивать? У всех людей разные ситуации и в первую очередь надо выслушать и обьяснить Мы не разводимся каждый день и можем не знать всех правил развода.,для этого мы и идем чтоб нас выслушали и сказали что делать А на Пришвина 10 всем балом правят охранники Теперь получается я должна пройти еще несколько инстанций, чтоб вернуть неправильно оплаченную госпошлину ,которую ...если бы меня принял судья...я бы не платила.Безобразие!Идешь к судьям ,а натыкаешься на охрану указывающую тебе что надо делать. Просьба принять меры и поставить охранников на "место" и мировым судьям не просиживать просто так стулья а приниматт клиентов как подобает их статусу. Из пяти баллов ставлю ноль БЕЗОБРАЗИЕ
