Понравилось на занятии, направленному на объединение сознания и тела с помощью йоги. Инструктор очень наглядно показал и рассказал о практиках, которые можно и нужно применять в повседневной жизни - о том, как действовать из своего центра и быть устойчивым. Истинность слов и постулатов мы тут же проверяли и удостоверялись в их подлинности. Особенно запомнилось упражнение с преградой и целью. Собранность и концентрация не на преграде, а на цели решают всё. Отличается место, чтобы стать лучшей версией себя

Занимаюсь йогой у Ирины Городецкой в Шушарах не так давно, но эффект и вообще впечатления от преподавателя космические как и знания которые она нам дает! Я не думала, что можно так погрузиться в расслабление и научиться делать асаны, после тренировок ощущение как после очень хорошего СПА-САЛОНА, где вам сделали несколько процедур хорошего продолжительного массажа спины вместе с баней и чаем с печеньками :)))) очень-очень рекомендую всем кто еще не пробовал занятия ЙОГОЙ - ПОПРОБОВАТЬ обязательно! могу сказать что для спины это даже лучше чем массаж, и ГЛАВНОЕ - что голова тоже отдыхает от мыслей и всех ежедневных забот, учится быть в гармонии с миром, со своими мыслями и с телом!!! Ирине- нашему учителю, ОТДЕЛЬНОЕ ОГРОМНОЕ спасибо!!! Занятия всегда очень разнообразные!!!
