Сделала наращивание ресниц у мастера Марины 25.07.17,сказала мастеру что уезжаю на отдых(видимо в связи с этим качество работы оказалось на таком уровне)ресницы начали выпадать в этот же день в небольшом количестве,и далее на второй и третий день всё больше и больше,находила большие куски ресниц на одежде и пр,в итоге в связи с плохим самочувствием моя поездка отменилась и выздоровев я позвонила в студию и рассказала о произошедшем попросив исправить работу или снять их совсем(на тот момент уже осталось 30% ресниц(не прошло даже недели!!)Администратор предложила мне конкретное время,я попросила чуть позже объяснив что живу за городом и у меня маленький ребёнок,так что бы вы думали!!Администратор принялась ОРАТЬ на меня!хабальным тоном заявляя что я сама виновата и что на свои работы они никакой гарантии видите ли не дают не дав мне вставить не слова,эта обнаглевшая в конец особа совершенно не знакомая с терминами «субординации» и «делового этикета» и уж никаких там «клиент всегда прав«продолжала орать пока я в совершенном оцепенении от такой невиданной наглости была вынуждена положить трубку(((((((Полный ужас,вы бы слышали как она орала!Вообщем дорогие дамы уважающие и любящие себя,настоятельно никому не рекомендую это ужасное место!!!Где главный принцип содрать с вас деньги,за которые вы ещё получите порцию грубости и невиданного хамства,очень жаль что нельзя поставить ноль – показать
