При покупке квартиры в строящемся доме ни в коем случае не обращайтесь в данное агентство. Предлагают цену намного ниже, чем у других, а в итоге получается, что получаешь квартиру на несколько квадратов меньше, чем оплатил. В итоге цена даже выше получается, чем у других продавцов. Когда начинаешь спрашивать и задавать вопросы, то просто блокируют твой номер телефона. Получается, что как клиент ты им дорог, пока не отдашь деньги. А потом им на тебя..........

Добрый день! Вы приобретали квартиру у подрядчика по стоимости значительно ниже, чем у застройщика. Вы подписывали договор где в п. 3. 5 (При заключении настоящего Договора, Стороны принимают во внимание, допустимое расхождение в размерах Общей приведенной площади Квартиры по проектной документации, которая взята Сторонами за основу расчетов по настоящему Договору, и фактической Общей приведенной площади Объекта долевого строительства, которая будет установлена по результатам технической инвентаризации Объекта долевого строительства. В связи с чем, Стороны договорились о том, что в случае увеличения или уменьшения Общей приведенной площади Квартиры в размере не более пяти процентов от указанной площади в настоящем договоре, претензий друг к другу иметь не будут). В вашем случае расхождение подпадает под действие п. 3.5 как и в других договорах застройщиков. Это условие застройщика! С вами отработали профессионально и выгодно для вас, без комиссионного вознаграждения! Так как руководитель была на больничном, ответила вам сразу как смогла.

И еще Татьяна Сергеевна, скорее всего это разница составляет 1/2 площади лоджии, которая учитывается при продаже застройщиком, но не учитывается при постановке на кадастровый учет. Благодарим за отзыв.
