Добрый день! Как-то вечером закрывая багажник автомобиля зацепила ноготь и откололся кусокеч френча, тк уже вечер и мой мастер в другом салоне не работала в этот день, а завтра на работу с таким пальцем идти не прилично, позвонила в эту студию потому, что работали до 22-00 и пошла, тк живу рядом. Насадка на машинке металлическая, ужасная чувствительная боль по ногтевой пластине, один палец просто френч жёлтого цвета мне делали 1,5 часа!!!!!!, когда мой мастер делает за это время 2-ве руки с дизайном, интересно сколько бы ушло у них на это времени, если конечно вообще умеют рисовать. Мастера не славянской внешности, создалось впечатление, что утром торгую на рынке овощами, а вечером причиняют боль рукам клиентов. После 1,5 часового мучения уже психанула и сказала "Хватит", заплатила и ушла. Палец болел неделю, больше ни ногой в эту сеть салонов. Тем кому дороги руки и не испорченная ногтевая пластина, советую обходить стороной.

Благодарим за ваш отзыв. В нашем салоне все фрезы соответствуют стандартам по оборудованию. Видимо у вас была повышенная чувствительность из за травмы ногтя. Достаточно долго вы выбирали цвет гельлака к вашему желтому цвету, так как покрытие вы делали в другой студии. Мы предоставили вам на выбор 5-6 оттенков желтого. Мастера нашей студии не торгуют на рынке. Все мастера проходят аттестацию у технолога по работе с оборудованием и материалами, и только после этого допускаются к работе. Все процедуры выполняются по стандартам сервиса. Очень сожалеем о случившемся с вами.
