Никому не советую, ужасная студия. Посетила её 4 раза, записываясь к разным мастерам, в надежде, что что-то изменится. Больше ни ногой туда. Всё время режут кутикулу до крови, постоянные проблемы с гель-лаком: либо слетает через неделю, либо образуются отслойки, дизайн делают криво, мажут лаком кожу около ногтя. Администратор сама решает добавлять лишние пункты в чек, которые не называет мастер, на возражения отвечает что «следила».В общем оставили о себе исключительно негативные эмоции, жалею о посещении! – показать

Добрый день Анна, проверили вашу Запись, и по чеку все услуги совпадают с теми, что были выполнены мастером.(Мы никогда не добавляем услуги, которые небыли выполнены)У вас на коже осталась втирка, которая стирается водой и мылом, к сожалению это один из недостаток всех втирок. Гель лак у вас на коже мы не наблюдаем(так как на кутикуле блестки именно на тех ноготках, где нанесён данный дизайн)Насчёт ран и изрезанной кутикулы, пришлите фото, так как по вашей фотографии таких недостатков не заме чаем.Если у вас отходит гель лак, вы можете всегда обратиться в нашу студию, так как у нас есть гарантия на покрытие и мы все можем переделать ️ Если что то пошло не так, вы всегда можете обратиться к руководителю нашей студии, сразу после посещения(или даже во время) и мы разрешим сложившуюся ситуацию! – показать

Добрый день. По поводу втирки Вы не правы. Я много лет ее делаю и, можно сказать, уже эксперт в этой области))), но все мои мастера ни разу не заходили за края ногтевой пластины самой втиркой, хотя маникюр всегда прокрашен до самой кутикулы. Просто это показатель аккуратности мастера и его желания чтобы клиент стал «постоянным». Лично для меня это большой показатель того, вернусь я в салон или нет.
