Записалась на Наращивание ресниц к мастеру Дарье на 3d объём. Сегодня четвёртый день-Ресницы остались только в центре глаза, во внешнем и внутреннем ресничном крае все Ресницы выпали. В подушку лицом не сплю, в саунах банях не была, глаза не крашу. По словам администратора — я такая единственная. Волшебство прям какое-то, деньги вернуть оказались — предложили пойти к тому же мастеру, зная что я приезжала к ним из другого города. Клиентоориентированность — ноль, молодцы

Мне не хочется ставить никакую оценку! Вообщем сегодня 17 января 2019 г. Была записана моделью на 11:00. (В 11:20 мне скинули схему метро, я уже была на таганской! Ехать мне полтора часа! Захожу в салон без 15 минут 11 и меня разворачивают назад, сказав что ученица заболела и предупредила только сейчас! У меня вопрос! Зачем вам такая ученица? Которая знает что в 11 приедет клиент и звонит без 15 и «предупреждает» Могли в таком случае предложить альтернативу! А не говорить » до свидания, ч еловек заболел» я все понимаю, ситуации разные. Я много отзывов читала о вас, все хорошие и планировала стать вашим клиентом. К сожалению администрация даже не предложила ничего взамен и не встала на место клиента. Вот так этот салон » заботится о вас» – показать

Добрый день. К сожалению случается и такое. Мы с удовольствием предложили бы вам что нибудь взамен, но к сожалению к моменту вашего прихода, свободных мастеров не было. Еще раз приносим свои извинения. Надеемся у нас будет возможность загладить нашу вину.
