Сегодня меня обманули в Ежевике на 8700 рублей по другому не назвать....Почему изначально озвучили 4600(окрашивание+мелирование+стрижка) пришла в салон с определенной суммой в итоге вот так....кроме того всегда разная цена на ногтевой сервис,хотя все время делаю одно и то же:1800,2000,2150....из чего что складывается не понятно…причем озвучивают итог когда уже все сделано, под видом Ох-Ах сменились типа цены или не знали что у них,что-то подорожало… К мастерам у меня претензий нет,девочки м олодцы,но в Ежевику больше я не приду. И еще не нужно давать скидку клиенту в 10%,как было сказано «пряник»,после того когда высказали претензии…У вас публично оглашено каждому клиенту скидка,а не выборочно. – показать

Расхождение в стоимости за парикмахерские услуги объяснимо тем, что администратор по телефону сказал вам стоимость «на средние волосы», видимо с ваших слов,а по факту они оказались длинные. Стоимость маникюра различается, в вашем случае, от материала, используемого при укреплении ногтевой пластины. (гель или био-гель) вас рассчитали в соответствии с действующим прейскурантом. Приносим свои глубочайшие извинения. Благодаря вам мы узнали о недочетах в нашей работе. Спасибо. Мы не хо тим вас терять, как клиента, и просим принять скидку 30% на все услуги на одно посещение.Искренне ваша Ежевика – показать

волосы у меня средней длины и по факту и со слов. Может хватит пыль в глаза пускать гель,биогель, я по моему точно написала делаю ногти всегда одним и тем же материалом!!!И скидки мне не надо,не приду я к вам никогда!!!!
