К качеству услуг претензий нет. Но в салоне действует абсолютно непрозрачная ценовая политика и навязывание доп.услуг без предупреждения. Итоговая стоимость услуг выросла в два с лишним раза по сравнению с той, которая предварительно обсуждалась по телефону.

Здравствуйте, Наталья!Благодарим Вас за отзыв, нам всегда важно понимать качество оказываемых услуг и уровень обслуживания каждого отдельно взятого клиента. Нами было проведено внутреннее расследование.После проведенной консультации нашим специалистом, мастер сообщил что услуга, на которую вы были записаны ранее(тонирование), к сожалению не справится с поставленной задачей на 100%, следовательно, вам была предложена процедура color balancing- окрашивание корней стойким красителем и тонирован ие длины.Специалисты нашего салона красоты всегда стараются подобрать оптимальный вариант решения, чтобы на все 100% справится с поставленной задачей и получить максимально нужный результат.С Уважением, команда Comfort Beauty – показать

Добрый день. То есть мне оказали более дорогостоящую услугу окрашивания, и чтобы уж совсем довести качество услуг «до совершенства», дополнили услугой укладки, о которой я узнала только при оплате. Тем самым вы увеличили мне итоговую стоимость услуг с прогнозируемых 3500 рублей до 7200 рублей. На такую сумму услуг я абсолютно не рассчитывала. Ни на одном этапе оказания услуг меня не предупредили об изменении цены. Юридическим языком такое оказание сервиса называется «введение потребителя в заблу ждение». Глубоко разочарована в политике салона, больше не вернусь в салон и буду рекомендовать друзьям и коллегам обходить вас стороной. – показать

В салоне я делала педикюр у мастера Дарьи. Она выполнила все достаточно тщательно, как и обработку стопы, так и покрытие ногтей.
