О салоне всегда судишь по ресепшену. Хотела записаться на процедуру, задала три вопроса Сколько стоит?Когда возможно?А если завтра?Услышала обычное «алло», потом вздох и нежелание особо общаться. Даже записываться не хочется, уже понятно, какой там сервис

Мне не помыли голову после стрижки. А так стрижкой вполне доволен. Уже не первый раз обращался в студию.

Здравствуйте, Михаил! Благодарим за оставленный отзыв. Искренне признательны, что Вы доверяете специалистам студии заботу о своей красоте. После стрижки повторное мытье головы требуется для того, чтобы удалить мелкие срезанные волосы. Бывают ситуации, не требующие повторного мытья, а срезанные волосы тщательно выдуваются феном. Удивлены, что мастер не уточнил Ваши предпочтения по удалению оставшихся после стрижки волос и не предложил повторно помыть голову. Коллективу переданы замечания. Обраща йтесь, будем ждать новой встречи с Вами! С уважением, администрация студии красоты Анны Высотиной. – показать
