Записалась к 10:00, приехала в 9:50, двери закрыты, никого нет. Зима на дворе, думаю, может сжалятся, откроют дверь. Звоню-не отвечают. Пишу в Инстаграмме, а они мне отправляют аудио-сообщения «Девушка, извините, мы вчера допоздна работали. Будем к 11». Это финиш вашего салончика. Причём к 10 пришла не одна я. Но девушка видимо уже привыкла к вашим выходкам и даже не удивилась. Маникюр сделали неплохой, как я думала изначально, но в итоге он отвалился:) Палитра крайне маленькая и очень схожие ц вета, не из чего выбрать лак. Девушка, которая сидит за администраторским столом, по совместительству проводит лазерную эпиляцию, недалекая хамка, ей вообще не жаль было, что я на морозе простояла целый час в ожидании ее. «Ну, там есть булочная, зайдите кофейку попейте». Я за кофе приехала? Для приличия хотя бы извинилась и сделала вид, что ей жаль за своё опоздание.Клиентоориентированность-0. Просила показать документы об образовании косметолога салона. «Ну, вы сначала запишитесь, и мы тогда перед процедурой покажем.» Серьезно?)))В общем, даже врагу не пожелаю. Меняйте персонал. – показать
