[цензура] Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Невыполнение обязательств Заказывала на 8 марте маме Красивый букет по фото на их сайте за 2500 плюс ещё у них была акция клубника в подарок. Привезли 11 желтых худеньких тюльпана!! Позвонила с жалобой сразу: как же так?? В ответ: извините, видимо, курьер ошибся, сейчас исправим!! В итоге ни клубники, ни букета!! Очень было обидно, так как живу в другом городе и сама мамуле не могу купить цветов!!

Не рекомендую Достоинства: Доставили вовремя Недостатки: Всё остальное: качество букетов, сопутствующих товаров, отношение к клиенту. Заказывал букет цветов и открытку в августе 2017. Букет роз оказался подвядший, вместо открытки положили лист бумаги с текстом, написанным фломастером (на сайте указано безупречная открытка с неповторимым дизайном за 230 руб, между прочим). Не советую. Единственно, что у них получилось это время доставки. Фото получения сделали, но не отправили, опять обман.
