Записалась на окрашивание бровей (процедура минут на 30). Пришла заранее, два мастера были заняты. Подошло время записи, мастера все ещё заняты. Через 15 минут после начала записи на меня обратила внимание мастер, сказала, что скоро закончит. Ещё через пять минут менеджер спросила у мастеров, когда те освободятся, оказалось, что ещё минут через 10. Итог: полчаса ожидания ради получасовой процедуры, менеджер попыталась извиниться, лишь когда я уже стала уходить. Не ОК.
