Являюсь клиентом очень давно, больше 10 лет точно, сегодня не об этом. Именно сегодня, 29 июля 20 года. Я первый раз в своей 50 летней жизни, имея опыт общения с советскими продавцами, регистратурой районной поликлиники и тому подобным, столкнулась с подобным в последнее время. Кто взял трубку не ресепшене? Это новый администратор? Не хочу позвонить в дверь и снова с этой дамой пообщаться. Записалась, естественно, к другим на Раменкам, благо цирюлен достаточно.

Ужас. Это видимо то место куда вообще не следует заходить нормальным людям. Обслуживание на уровне базара, мастера нулевые и совершенно не воспитанные.

Нужна была косметика Kemon. Сантэ- считают себя главным представителем данной косметики, почему то. Прошло 3 недели. Ни ответа, ни привета! В течении 3х недель сама звонила 3 раза, по поводу заказа. Отвечали: » да, да, все заказали, будет на следующей недели». После 3х недель пришлось обратиться В другой салон, который работает с kemon. Оказалось дешевле и в разы быстрее (за 5 дней)! Пишу этот комментарий по истечении 1,5 месяца, ответа так и не последовало.
