Покупали у них гусеничный экскаватор JCB. В целом довольны, техника нормальная, только сервис выезжает не в этот же день, ставят в очередь и приезжает через 1-2 дня. Бывает, что нет в наличии нужной запчасти - но привозят самолетом достаточно быстро. Собираемся купить еще один экскаватор, если будет в наличии - возьмем JCB

Здравствуйте всем столкнулись с этой фирмой трактор делают уже 2,5 месяца за это время можно было весь трактор на три раза перебрать , не давно забрали после ремонта трактор проехал километр и встал говорят человеческий фактор сальник побежал ну как так можно что за фирма только деньги дерут .............

Предприятие "Стройкомплект" является единственным официальным дилером JCB на территории Урала, Сибири и Дальнего Востока, и только у нас владельцы техники JCB получают квалифицированный ремонт и обслуживание техники. По Вашей проблеме можем сообщить, что действительно, срок капитального ремонта двигателя на Вашей технике был увеличен по причине того, что на двигатель не подошли стандартные вкладыши, поэтому они были заказаны нами повторно со склада завода изготовителя. Причина - машина изготовлена не для Российского рынка и завезена из Европы. В то же время, сейчас мы максимально оперативно доставим в Новосибирск необходимые для завершения работы детали, в договоренные сроки закончим капитальный ремонт двигателя и выдадим Вам исправную технику. Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства, надеемся на дальнейшее сотрудничество!
