Присматриваемся к двушке в Борисоглебском, сейчас смотрим Кленовый квартал. Вообще местечко понравилось, киевка едет всегда прекрасно, добрались очень быстро. Правда вокруг не было замечено магазинов, кафе, азс. Жена у меня прониклась их идеей сажать в каждом квартале деревья по названию квартала (кленовый-клен), вообще идей у них там по развитию райончика до фига, планируют и тц и дет. сады –школы, даже храм в проекте! но как всегда вопрос в том, что реально из всего этого будет реализовано. Нам еще понравились их сотрудники – такие приятные люди, вообще все у них там как-то внушает доверие

Ну да, внушают) а потом начинается! Вместо кирпича у меня клинкерная плитка на корпусе, вместо кленов у нас пока одни березы, на детских площадках вместо песка будет резиновое покрытие – очень экологично! А моим детям дышать всем этим. А сотрудники то да у них мастера рассказывать, сообщество даже сделали в вконтакте, все время там что-то рассказывают нам , когда делами уже все это подкрепляться будет??

Вот везде найдутся такие люди, ей-богу, во всем они найдут изъян, вывернут все наизнанку. Сначала все трындели про песок, застройщик нам выдал новость что будет делать резиновое покрытие безопасное, так нет, оно теперь не эко.)) а чем вам клинкерная плитка не угодила, нормальный прочный материал., я узнавал про него специально. Ну и про группу в вк отельное слово – нам бы радоваться, что нам столько инфы дают, у меня вон друг в мортоне купил, так там вообще про стройку никто ниче знать не знает, какая уж там группа в вк.
