Купил свёрла по металлу. 2 шт 3 мм и 2 шт 6 мм. Качество оставляет желать лучшего... Это не вина магазина,ведь не они производитель. Я использовал два сверла,остался не удовлетворён их качеством,а другие два сверла (не использованных) решил вернуть обратно,на что получил грубый отказ!!! Мол - вы знали что покупали! Хамоватая блондинка продавец средних лет использовала все аргументы вплоть до предъявления чека на товар,хотя сама мне его не давала.. Хорошо что я расплачивался с помощью телефона и сохранился электронный чек,но и это её не устроило и грубо указала на дверь! Вопрос всего на всего в 100 руб!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Это просто позорище!!! Законов не знает и так по хамски общается с покупателем...((((( Это дно! Из принципа доведу дело до конца и по всей строгости постараюсь наказать данную организацию.

Александр, согласно статье 25 Закона о защите прав потребителей Продавец имеет право принять у вас товар надлежащего качества для ОБМЕНА его на аналогичный товар в случае, если товар не подошел по форме, габаритам, фасону, расцветке, размеру или комплектации. Вам товар не подошел ни по одной из перечисленных причин, у вас он оказался лишний. В данном случае продавец все правильно сделала, она имела полное право не принимать у вас излишек товара, который оказался вам просто не нужен. Мы очень сожалеем о том, что данный инцидент произошел, и не было достигнуто взаимопонимание между вами и нашим продавцом. Благодарим вас за посещение нашего магазина!
