Клевета по УК РФ. За минувшие пару лет клевета успела выйти из блока статей Уголовного кодекса РФ, побыла некоторое время административным правонарушением в КоАП РФ и вернулась обратно в состав УК РФ за номером статьи 128.1. В настоящее время, согласно положениям указанной статьи, под клеветой понимается распространение порочащих честь и достоинство, а также репутацию гражданина сведений, которые заведомо для распространителя являются ложными. Для квалификации содеянного по составу «Клевета» важна именно заведомая ложность сведений. Распространяющее их лицо должно знать и осознавать, что данные сведения являются ложью, и при этом существенно «портят» репутацию человека, в отношении которого они распространяются.

Это Вам админам сайта! Не удалите, будем ежедневно отправлять в Роскомнадзор жалобы на ваш ложный ресурс! Вы попробуйте узнать хоть у одного заказчика телефон мастера! Он 100% также должен знать имя прораба и конечно адрес!!! Адрес, имена и телефоны мастеров и прораба в студию!!! Ложь! На всех объектах заключаются договора! Договор покажите!

Делали ремонт двушки. Начали сами, но порыв утих, решили делигировать. Частников нанимать не хотелось, был опыт отрицательный, решили посикать фирмы. В одной из соцсетей нашли эту компанию, фото ремонтов понравились, решили заказать у них. Не хочу вдаваться в подробности, но итог один - не советую заказывать ремонт у них! В итоге нетак буквально все... Расятнули все это действо на 4 месяца, новогодние праздники их вообще было не словить, сделали непрофессионально, как любители швы неровные, обои пучатся, кое где не стыковки всякие, вобщем не лучше чем мы сами делали , это точно, а ценник при этом приличный.
