Всем привет! Случайно нашли этот сервис и опубликовали здесь задание на достройку и ремонт дома. Честно говоря, не очень верили, что кто-то уложится в указанный нами бюджет в 2млн.р. Получили ряд предложений от разных подрядчиков. Многие сказали, что это не реально, но вот прораб Вадим сразу предложил встретиться на объекте и обсудить всё при встрече. Мы согласились. Человек понравился, сразу было видно, что он профессионал. Очень подробно проконсультировал по всем вопросам, рассказал на чём можно сэкономить, а на чём не стоит. В общем мы ему поверили и не ошиблись. Сначала смутило, что в бригаде были одни таджики, но по ходу работ стало понятно, что они знают своё дело. Также Вадим честно поделился с нами своими скидками от его поставщиков и мы сэкономили на стройматериалах порядка 10-15%. В результате мы не только уложились в запланированный бюджет, но еще и осталось часть денег на мебель. В будущем будем работать только с этой компанией и всем рекомендуем. Не пожалеете. Большое спасибо!!!
