Отличная компания мне все понравилось. Достоинства: все хорошо Недостатки: если они и есть я их не заметил Строили мне блочный дом в Цернском 225м2 с облицовкой кирпичом. Вопросов никаких все на уровне. Спасибо! Удачи и процветания вашему бизнесу.

СОЖАЛЕЮ О ВЫБОРЕ КОМПАНИИ, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! Достоинства: нет Недостатки: халатное отношение летом 2018 заказывали мини дом в Юнистрой-М (Щелковское ш., 100 к.1 (офисный центр «East Gate»). Очень сожалею о выбранной компании. Строили долго. Испортили лиственницу неоцинкованными гвоздями!!! Пришлось его красить, но все равно вид ужасный. Работают строители из ближнего зарубежья без контроля со стороны менеджеров компании. О качестве речь не идет. Его нет! Пришлось находится на объекте. Жаль, что подписала акт сразу, т. к. дефект с гвоздями проявился через несколько дней. Никаких предложений урегулировать данный дефект от компании не поступило. Стоимость и качество НЕ СООТВЕТСТВУЮТ!!! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! P.S. Имейте ввиду : заказали дом в Юнистрой-М - это теперь только Ваша проблема...:(((
