Отвратительный подход к потенциальным покупателям. На их сайте воспользовался подбором квартир с обещанием получения в ответ вариантов с ценами. Вместо подборки с ценами, сначала позвонили и навязали консультацию менеджера по продажам Ковалева А.С. Тот так и не ответил на простой вопрос: «сколько стоит самая дешевая 1-комнатная в ЖК «Все свои»? Сказал что сбросит варианты на электронку. Через 4 часа сбросил просто брошюры без цен, которые и так есть на их сайте. На повторный запрос цен у него че рез электронную почту, так и не ответил. Видимо у них отличные продажи, раз так обращаются с клиентами. Ладно квартир в Краснодаре продаётся много, найду в другом месте. Не факт что в строящемся ЖК, так как те кто строят рядом с центром сейчас цены не сложат своим квадратным метрам. На мой взгляд выгоднее купить вторичку, если нужна квартира ближе к центру. – показать

Я дольщик, которому данная организация мошенников (ассоциирующаяся у меня с домашним животным) до сих пор не выдала квартиру! Хотя еще 15 июля 2017 года я в полном объеме выполнила свои обязательства по оплате за насчитанные дополнительные квадратные метры! Первые жильцы в дом заехали 17 июля 2017 года, это к слову о том, что срок передачи квартир должен быть единым для всех участников долевого строительства, согласно п.1 ст.6 ФЗ-214. До сих пор в мой адрес не направлено уведомление о завершении строительства объекта и готовности объекта к передаче! Заказные письма в адрес данного Застройщика возвращаются обратно с отметкой «неудачная попытка вручения» и «отказ получения». Дозвониться в клиентский отдел невозможно, постоянно «занято». Как и когда я получу свою квартиру? — вопрос остается открытым! P.S. Подтверждаю, что все негативные отзывы это чистая правда, подтверждение этому в группах ВК и чатах WhatsApp! Про два лифта в подъезде — вообще смешно читать, это из серии »… сказки продолжаются». – показать
