Отвратительная компания, не исполняющая обязательства. Достоинства: Ни единого плюса! Недостатки: Не берут трубки, не исполняют договоренности и ничего не построят Искала компанию, которая бы смогла установить на даче деревянный туалет под ключ с двумя бетонными кольцами. Случайно попалась строительная компания "Рузский Лес", показалась нормальной на первый взгляд. И сайт симпатичный, и цены доступные: http://ruzskii-les.ru/ На деле товарищи оказались полнейшим убожеством. Поначалу все было прекрасно: менеджер четко отвечал на все вопросы, советовал, даже сделал скидку. Итоговая стоимость составила 33000 за туалет под ключ. Договорившись об установке через неделю, я стала ждать. Адрес доставки так и не спросили, сославшись на то, что уточнять будет сам водитель непосредственно перед выездом. Первые нехорошие звоночки пошли, когда я звонила, чтобы уточнить тот или иной вопрос. Менеджер (имя, к сожалению, так и не узнала) не всегда брал трубку, отсылал смс в стиле: "Я перезвоню" или сбрасывал, приходилось перезванивать. Ну, мало ли что, компания небольшая, персонала не хватает, все доступно для понимания. В назначенный день НИКТО не позвонил и НЕ приехал. Мои звонки сбрасывались, менеджер не перезванивал, а потом и вовсе телефон отключил. Уж не знаю, что у них там приключилось, может, подвернулся более крупный заказ, но не брать трубку и не предупредить о казусе - детский сад. Хочется выразить "огромную благодарность" компании "Рузский Лес" за безнадежно потерянный день. Никто и никогда не обращайтесь в эту компанию. Надеюсь, мой отзыв кого-то убережет от бессмысленной траты времени и нервов.

Добрый день! Полностью согласна с комментарием выше. Только нам повезло еще меньше, мы внесли предоплату за бытовку в размере 21 тыс руб. Понимаю, что это наша глупость, но назад уже не отмотаешь. Ни денег ни бытовки. Будьте осторожны.
