Люди! Бегите подальше от ск эльбрус на домодедовской! 30 июля заключили договор на строительство каркасного дома » элегант». 15 августа сделали свайный фундамент…и всё! Уже 6 (ШЕСТЬ) раз переносили начало монтажных работ, сообщая о переносе менее чем за сутки. Нашего согласия на перенос даже не спрашивали! Менеджер Максим пропал сразу, половина из указанных в договоре телефонов не отвечают До окончания сроков осталось 17 дней, а строить ещё и не начинали!!! Правда 40 процентов оплаты взять не забыли! – показать

Добрый день, Людмила! у нас такая же история! 11 августа мы заключили договор на строительство каркасного дома «Вереск» 6*8. фундаментные сваи нам приехали и вбили 15 августа, а 15 сентября должны были начать строительство! Сроки переносят каждый раз на две недели! 30 октября заканчивается срок договора, а на участке и «конь не валялся»! 40 процентов с нас тоже взяли сразу! Теперь нам обещают 6 ноября приехать и начать! Но, Вы понимаете, веры нет никакой!

Добрый вечер. Уточните пожалуйста, чем у вас закончился строительство с данной компанией Эльбрус. Заключили договор в офисе в Кузьминках. Такая же проблема с отсрочкой строительства.

Мы тоже, решили вот построить свой дом и переехать, оставив детям квартиру. Вот наконец выпала такая возможность. Друзья посоветовали компанию Эльбрус для постройки дома под ключ. Посетив выставку, мы выбрали скромненький дом и договорились с компанией о кредите через банк Дом построили быстро и в срок, никаких глобальных проблем не было, мелочь не в счёт — это же стройка. В итоге мы довольны своим выбором и домом, в котором живём уже пол года.
