Строят дома, а людям вечером не на чем ехать домой! Достоинства: Хороший парк в ЖК Весна Недостатки: Шумоизоляция в квартирах - 0, транспорта - 0 Мы когда приобретали квартиру в ЖК Весна переживали - очень далеко от центра, думали как добираться. Когда покупали, нас заверили:"Будет бесплатный автобус". Он был до поры - до времени. Потом нам презентовали 70 автобус, последний рейс который выполняет в 19 00. Уважаемая компания, нам, жителям Царево и ЖК Весна как добираться на одном автобусе 123 вечерами домой???? Понастроили домов, а о жителях не подумали, особенно про жителей Весны!!!!!

ВВели в заблуждение Достоинства: качество строительства Недостатки: транспортная доступность По поводу строительства и сроков сдачи к ним вопросов нет. Да и продавать они умеют на ура! При покупке квартиры в жк весна, нам обещали развязку на выезде, отсутствие пробок и так далее. Но как только наш жк почти достроился и все квартиры выкуплены, они заявили, что развязки не будет! город не согласовал видите ли! Мы каждое утро стоим в огромных пробках на выезде и на развороте! Школа, 2 детских сада, все родители возят детей на машинах. Что творится с 7 до 10 утра это нечто. ГАИ не справляются, создают только еще большую пробку! Плюс сзади весны строят весну 2, ну можно себе представить что будет года через 2-3. Все встанут просто и все! так что я бы подумала стоит ли покупать здесь квартиру.
