При таком огромном выборе магазинов, какой представлен в Европолисе, мне казалось, что торговая точка должна дорожить каждым клиентом. Купили дочери кроссовки, она их сразу надела, коробку брать не стали, попросили продавца утилизировать. Понятно, что покупатели обязаны сами знать законы, но мы этого не знали, а продавец мог бы предупредить, что без коробки возврат новой вещи невозможен. Дошли до машины, по улице не шли, уже дома дочь поняла, что размер мал. Протерли подошву, дочь почитала, что есть две недели на обмен, в течение этого срока пришли менять. Нам ответили, что на подошве следы носки (так и просто по магазину походить, они будут на белой подошве), коробки нет, надо согласовать с менеджером. Оставили телефон, нам обещали перезвонить через 40 минут, проходит час, никто не звонит, сами вернулись в магазин. Позвонили менеджеру, вроде все согласовали, и тут выясняется, что это был самый большой размер и менять не на что. А на другую модель менять магазин не будет, потому что нет коробки. Вроде, все по закону. Ну ребята, скажите с порога, что менять не будете, зачем час мурыжить людей? Ну и сколько бывала в подобных ситуациях, если магазин дорожит клиентом, всегда решает в пользу клиента. Здесь придраться, вроде, не к чему, сами не взяли коробку, но ни я, ни мои знакомые в этот магазин больше ни ногой, уж извините.
