Звонят каждый день, никогда не пользовалась их услугами и не буду, просто бомбят телефон. Никакие слова не помогают избавится от их звонков. Звонят всё время с разных номеров, заблокировать не получается. Готова подать в суд или что ещё. Чувствую ещё немного и поеду разбираться с ними на месте вместе с полицией и юристами. Просто задолбали. Полная непрофессиональность.

Работал с этой компанией более 5-ти лет делал у них каско, осаго, периодически тупили, 2 раза за это время не правильно оформляли мне полисы, но переделывали, поэтому не заморачивался с поиском другого брокера. В 14-м году попытались навязать страхование жизни - отбился с руганью, сделали все нормально. В 15-м году сразу уточнил у менеджера Кристины (тел. 8-916-712-75-45) что доп страховки мне не нужны, она пообещала, что все сделает как надо, сделала - впихнула страховку от несчастного случая на 1 500 руб. Тем самым лишила свою компанию постоянного клиента, адиос! PS оставил такой же отзыв на их сайте, как думаете - пропустит его модератор?

Звонли моему клиенту, не смотря на то,что он отказался от их услуг,продлили ему полис и прислали счет на оплату. Его,конечно аннулировали,но осадок остался...некрасиво...

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность данной фирме и непосредственно его сотрудникам Ольге, которая уже 5 лет мой личный менеджер и Менеджеру Андрею, который сейчас смог ее подменить решением вопроса, так как Ольга в отпуске до 5 ноября. За 5 лет застраховал через фирму «Профессионал» много машин (себе, брату, жене, родителям). Пробелем никогда не было, доставляют полис на следующий день, если нужно внести водителя, то делают оперативно и бесплатно, что очень удобно. Полностью удовлетворен работой фирмы. Спасибо Вам.
