Записался на прием в Юнидент на Ташкентской на днях по телефону. Время от времени появлялась зубная боль. Попросил как можно скорее, т.к. на следующей неделе истекает страховка. Приезжаю — заново заполняю документы, не смотря на то, что приезжаю второй раз. Выясняется, что в прошлый раз «бумаги были оформлены неправильно». Впрочем, мне не трудно. Дальше приходит врач, представившийся Оксаной Григорьевной, и после того, как я описал проблему, женщина в грубом тоне говорит: «а зачем вы врали по те лефону что у вас острая боль?» Вопрос, как и сам тон, поверг меня в шок. Мало того, что об этом даже близко речи не было, повышенный тон от врача платной клиники я просто не ожидал, во всяком случае без причины. По ее версии я позвонил и сказал что у меня острая боль и меня необходимо срочно принять и ей пришлось «подвинуть других клиентов» потому что я «соврал» (откуда «информация» о телефонном разговоре так же не ясно). Не знаю что меня удивило больше – то, что я наименее важный из клиентов, которых пришлось «подвинуть» или то, что врач может грубить и заявлять что пациент «врет». Попытки вразумить врача-хама так же не увенчались успехом, сделали снимок, и через минуту осмотра Оксана Григорьевна вынесла вердикт: удалить несколько зубов и сделать несколько процедур, так же не входящих в мою страховку. Хорошо что благодаря страховке удалось избежать дальнейших проблем с оплатой «услуг» — платить за это свои деньги я бы не в коем случае не стал…Пытался оставить отзыв на сайте, но модератор, разумеется, не пропустил… Очевидно, отзывы написаны о себе сами… – показать
