Обратился на ул. Казанская 90. Врач Мусихина Валерия Романовна провела наиполнейший, качественный осмотр, внимательно изучила все мои жалобы. Осмотр проходил в доброжелательной, комфортной обстановке. Врач и ассистент Стяжкина Е.А. проявили внимание и чуткость к моей проблеме. Был поставлен точный диагноз и спланировано лечение.

Посетила вновь клинику Голивуд, ставила постоянную пломбу у врача Степаняна Степана Ваграмовича, поговорили на счёт моего отзыва, выяснили, что мы вдруг друга не поняли. Врач объяснил очень подробно и показал что мы лечили и почему сумма не соответствует и будет выше. Во время лечения Степан Вагамович мне все рассказывал и говорил, что будет делать, что ставит, предупреждал, что возможно будет немного неприятно, очень понравились. Когда все рассказывают подрано и предупреждают все становится понятно и не боишься что а вдруг сейчас будет больно и процесс лечения становятся приятным и спокойным. Благодарю за ваш труд и приношу извинения, что не поняла друг друга. До этого оставляла нейтральный отзыв, где было не понятно почему сумма превышает первые расчеты, благодарю ещё раз за разъяснение врача, а вот реакция администратора на мой отзыв была некрасивой. Было очень заметно. Сама работаю администратором и приходится решать все спорные вопросы, поэтому считаю что нужно быть терпимее и вежливее.До этого 2 посещения выпадали на смены Екатерины, очень милая девушка, спасибо за ваши улыбку, вежливость и гостеприимство.
